Unfortunately, these things can happen. Nobody’s perfect, right? Please send us a photo of your faulty EDISONmama product to info@edisonmama.com.au within 30 days of your purchase. That’s when you’ll receive info on how to return the item to us together with your proof of purchase. Once we’ve inspected your EDISONmama product and confirm it as faulty we will either issue you with a replacement or refund. The choice is yours.
If you want to cancel your order
Yes and No. Please send us an email immediately at info@edisonmama.com.au requesting a cancellation. We usually process all orders within 3 business day so it’s important you let us know as quickly as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it unfortunately is too late to cancel. If your order hasn’t been sent on its merry way, then we’ll happily issue a store credit (minus any transaction fees via PayPal, Afterpay, etc.).
